Delivered strategic advisory and project management support for a $400M transit-oriented development initiative designed to drive sustainable economic growth and community revitalization for the Blue Line Corridor. Services included market analysis, developer engagement and development advisory, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support, helping create stronger connections between communities and economic opportunities, and expand pathways for Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) to participate in transformative growth across Prince George's County.

COMBO Solutions was engaged by the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George’s County to deliver a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) for the Mount Rainier Artist Lofts at 3311 Rhode Island Ave. The CNA provided a professional evaluation of current conditions and 20‑year capital needs, identifying deferred maintenance, remaining useful life of major systems, material deficiencies, and code issues. The final report gave the Authority clear, actionable guidance for urgent safety measures and long‑term capital planning.
